WELCOME

A Career & Lifestyle Brand for the Multi-Dimensional Woman

I believe self-care is less about what you do  and more about who you are.

For that reason, my content, products, and services are designed to help you create fulfillment and attract abundance in a manner that challenges you to grow, aligns with your natural flow, and syncs with the rhythm of your every day life.

“I created The KP Method to help women reclaim their rightful place as the co-creators of their lives and to do so without apology. Because at the end of the day, it’s not about being perfect. It’s about being real. It’s about being well. And it’s about being happy.”

The 7 Pillars of Self-Care  Program

I developed the 7 Pillars of Self-Care after earning a holistic health coaching certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. With this course, you'll learn how to create a life driven by authenticity, purpose, and intention. The 7 Pillars of Self-Care are:

Spiritual Alignment

Emotional Intelligence

Mental Clarity

Self-Awareness

Physical Fitness

Divine Spaces

Healthy Relationships

The program is on-demand and self-paced. It includes eight lessons and worksheets (introduction plus seven pillars) that you can complete on your time.

I do enough. I have enough. I am enough.

When I start to feel overwhelmed or imposter syndrome tries to kick in, this mantra helps me get over the hump — and it can help you, too.
