Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, send an email to thekpmethodco@gmail.com. Deposits are non-refundable, but go toward services. You will not have to pay a deposit again for rescheduling your consultation. If you cancel, your deposit will not be refunded and it will not go toward future services.
