Congratulations. You made it to the end of The 7 Pillars of Self-Care series.
This may be the end, but it's definitely not goodbye when it comes to our time together. As you begin to navigate the process of embodying self-care, I'm available for one-on-one sessions to help you figure things out along the way — and you can always come back to this series for a refresher whenever you need one.
By finishing this series, you're now equipped with the tools you need to allow your higher self to emerge. What comes next is a new state of being rooted in awareness, alignment, and personal power.
Let's take a moment to recap what you've learned.
You now know the difference between self-care and self-soothing and understand how each pillar is powered by chakras and sound frequencies.
You understand that spiritual alignment doesn't always involve religion and you know how to shift into alignment.
You know how to keep your masculine and feminine energies in sync, when to respond, and when to react.
You know how to recognize, understand, and organize your thoughts.
You know how to decipher your true love language from lingering or potential dysfunctions.
You know how to take care of your body beyond working out and eating right.
You know that your space both impacts and reflects your well-being.
And you know how to create and maintain healthy relationships.
Keep in mind, this is something to be mastered. Self-care is a cyclical journey. Depending on the day or what's going on in your life, some pillars of self-care may be easier to navigate than others — but this wasn't meant to be easy. The process of becoming rarely is. You'll have growing pains for sure, but give yourself grace and listen to your inner guidance system.
And when all else fails, I want you to remember and maybe even recite this mantra I wrote years ago when I was still figuring everything out before The 7 Pillars of Self-Care even had a name. It goes like this:
Manifesting good is my divine nature.
I'm not chasing anything.
I'm attracting what's already mine.
There's no need to push or pull or prove.
I ease. I allow. I flow.
I am grateful for it.
I am worthy of receiving it.
It is mine. It is mine. It is mine.
Amen. And ase.
Be great.
